Tornado Ring

Part of my order arrived damaged. Unfortunately there still hasn’t been anything done to resolve that as I was informed I could not return or exchange it. And was offered a discount for future orders to make up for it, this discount I still have not received. I’m disappointed because this was a gift. The items are beautiful it’s just sad my ring arrived cracked.
