In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving item. (Earrings are final sale.) Please email us with your order number and images of the item at info@aurumthebrand.com and we will be glad to help with any issues. Keep in mind exchanges will be processed in the form of a store credit.
